Sir/madam..i Have Been Tested With Acute Gastritis With A Positive

Sir/madam..i have been tested with acute gastritis with a positive h pylori test...i have been prescribed h pylori kit by my doctor for 5 days..i am taking those medications..i stopped smoking from then and started taking nicotex 2mg(4 gums each day)...i want to know whether these gums are going to put any adverse effect on my h pylori infection or not...i am 25yrs old....please help me out as i was a chain smoker but my dedication nd nrt therapy are making me deaddicted to smoke...it has been 5 days now without smoking..please help me out..pls!!!pls!!!!pls!!!
