Sir/mam I Am 22 Years Old And I Lost My

Sir/mam I am 22 years old and I lost my hairs in a very quick time of last 2 years. My scalp is almost visible. My query is that I am using scalpe shampoo, Morr F 5% and follihair medicines. Am I actually getting new hair in my head or it just stop the hair fall problem. One of my friend told me that he had new hairs on his head after using all these medicines I wrote earlier. And Are the old hairs going to shade black?
