Sir My 2nd Baby Delivery Date Is 9 Of April

Sir my 2nd baby delivery date is 9 of April 2016. Both r caesarean in the time of delivery both caesarean and tubectomy has done together. My question is in lower stomach I had 2 type of stitches one is ceasarean and tubectomy both r separate... Is they opened separately?? R only stitches r separate
