Sir My 6 Yrs Old Son Suffering From Fever 15

Sir my 6 yrs old son suffering from fever 15 days ago doctors advice some antibiotics but again fever lapses after CBC platelate count is 140000 and HB level is 9.1 doctor advice some medicines but again after 10 days again CBC report platlate level goes to 15100 and HB 11 today again count lower down to 11000 and 9.5 respectively SGPT is high what its means?
