Sir my BP recorder shows my BP ranging from 106-141/61-80 pulse 75-98 and often shows irregular heart beat sign on first measurement. Currently I am taking amlodopin 5mg. Can I reduce amlodipine to 2.5 mg or switch to sarpgandha.
