Sir my MRI shows that i hve
1. Mild bulging annulus at L1-2,L2-3 and L3-4 levels indenting the anterior thecal sac. No significant neural foraminal narrowing/nerve root compression.
2. Posterior annular disc bulge at L4-5 levelindenting the anterior thecal sac causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and mild indentation on bilateral existing nerve roots.
3. Posterior annular disc bulge at L5-S1 levelindenting the anterior thecal sac no significent neural foraminal andnerve roots compression.
