Sir My SGPT Is 84 And SGOT Is 81. After

Sir my SGPT is 84 and SGOT is 81. After taking medicine REHEPTIN I noticed from examination that my SGPT is increased from 81 to 84 and SGOT is increased from 58 to 81. Why this has happened. I have started walking five kilometer daily for the last twenty days.
