Sir My Age 26 . I Continue Masturbation Since I

Sir my age 26 . I continue masturbation since I was 15 , but from 3years my knees are cracking when I stand up or straight my legs after band up.But Currently when I'm doing sex/ masturbation after that , there was pain in whole body and mainly all muscles and bones , and more on knees muscles.
Sir my legs and arms bones are always voice like cracking ..
Sir please advise and plzz help what is this problem, how to cure these problems..sir please suggest diet and any medical diagnosis..
