Sir My Child Age Is 3.9 Yrs. Two Days Before

Sir my child age is 3.9 yrs. Two days before during night he cried his right ear was paining. I just put 2drops of ear medicine. The next day morning i saw his ear canal some clotted blood with one small insect. I hope there was no problem hereafter. But, next day morning also the same thing happened, no insects,no pain,but clotted blood in ear canal. It continues in 2 days.I am afraid of that sir.please give me a solution. Thank you.
