Sir My Child Is Of 3.5 Year, He Is Healthy

Sir my child is of 3.5 year, he is healthy but he don't speak complete sentence still and we Did MRI of his brain and found periventricular leukomalacia in report.should we go for another MRI as doctor tel us it is not curable. plz suggest.
