Sir My Father Had A Brain Stroke Four Years Ago,

Sir my father had a brain stroke four years ago, after that he was paralysis by his right side from neck to toes. He is going through a physiotherapy twice a week and taking regular medicine. He have deleted and blood pressure but all in control.
Do he have any chance of recovering fully, will he be able to walk without any stick.
