Sir My Fever Start On 1st October But I Take

Sir my fever start on 1st October but I take medicine and go to doctor then I test dengue malaria typhoid everything is normal but my patlete is 1.15 that is low then my doctor gave me myclor 200 and panvom dcr but now also every night my fever occur through shivering and after taking medecine my fever gone so pl give me suggestion what to do can I take antibiotic and what antibiotic I take.thanks sikta
