Sir My Friend Suddenly Had A Paralytic Effect Of Right

Sir my friend suddenly had a paralytic effect of right hand n leg. After check up doctors told he had mild RWMA. As he is financially low he had been to local doctors all of them told to take care of food n exercises. They gave medicines n told that it cannot br cured fully. Also his ECG has variations what I got to know seeing his reports. Doesn't he requires surgery? Pl let me know so that I can suggest him. Thank u
