Sir my hands and my legs shaking a lot when ever I'm angry ,excited or iam afraid for anything ...I'm only 25 yrs old young guy..I did not take any alcoholic drink or smoking..why this happening with me ..is there any treatment for this problem any medicine that I should take..? Please help me
