Sir My Husband Has Done All Body Tests Like LFT

Sir my husband has done all body tests like LFT RFT Avg sugar HIV CT scan(chest and abdomen) but doctor says no disease. Now, he is getting weaker day by day. Also one more thing he has done HIV test 6-7 times but not reactive now he is saying that he is hiv2 patient. Sir is hiv2 is different from hiv1? Some says it depression. What is it? Plz tell me? I am frustrated from everywhere.
