Sir My I Stay Abrode And My Colour Of Face

Sir my i stay abrode and my colour of face & hands become lighten when i saty there and when i come to india i dont know within a week it becomes dark....leaving rest of the body ...the body remains same white all time as it is covered...but colour of face and hands bcom dark....whats the reason i wanna know
..plz help me
