Sir My Left Testes Is Little Larger Than Right One

Sir my left testes is little larger than right one so i think i am suffering from hydocele sometimes i get pain also so i want to know is it reall a hydrocele or something else and how can i get relief from this???please advice me something i am fearing from the surgical method
