Sir, My Only Son 9years 9month Old Had A Scratched

Sir, my only son 9years 9month old had a scratched by a dog nail on his buttock on 09/01/16, althought a pharamacist wash with an antiseptic and applied betadine. also given titanus inj. with a dose of Xprab antirabies vaccine only on 10/01/16 i.e one day after. The pharamacist had told that it is a minor and include under categories II. Will it be require to take the remaining dose i.e 3, 7, 14, 28 days.
