Sir, My Son Got Operated At The Of 14 Days

Sir, my son got operated at the of 14 days old after birth, becoz of urine obstruction, posterior urethral value, now at the age of 2 years ultra sound scan shows his right kidney measures 4.5×1.8 cm small in size & shows moderate dilatation of PCS & proximal ureter and left kidney measures 7.5×3.3 cm moderate dilatation of PCS noted what it means sir, plz kindly help me sir
