Sir My Tongue And Lips Were So Red Attractive While

Sir my tongue and lips were so red attractive while I was in High School.While I was in college I started smoking too much,therefore my lips turned black from red and tongue turned white from red.I m so upset sir for this.My age is 24.Sir please give me a way to get red tongue and red lips as it was before.I m also ready sir to use any product for this.I waiting sir,for your answer.
