Sir, My Wife Is Pregnant For 11 Week As Per

Sir, my wife is pregnant for 11 week as per LMP. resent sonography shows cardiac activities not seen. CRL -2.3 cm which is 9w1d . and sub chorionic hemorrhages see. My doctor suggest to do scan after 1week and reported missed abortion. What I will do now .plzsuggest. My wife was pregnant for first time .does abortio affect further pregnancy.
