Sir My Wife Is Suffered 2 Years With Diarrhoea. After

Sir my wife is suffered 2 years with diarrhoea. After that she undergone colonoscopy and taken biopsy from large intestine and small intestine last part. Biopsy confirm tuberculosis. She is under treatment of tuberculosis from 2 months. First 26 days she was given forecox ( 450 mg refampicin etc) after that her sgpt level increased to 136 and creatinine levels increased to 1.7. then doctor changed medicins ,,- now from one month 5 days she is taking steptomycin inj ,ethambutol 800 mg and Levofloxacyne 500 mg. Now after one month 5 days she got balance problem now doctor suggested only Rcinex 450 only one tablet every day. But in first one month treatment her weight increased 2 kg. But in the second month of treatment her weight reduced 5kg. What to do we are unable to go to doctor because of covid. She is not taking food only fruits she is eating and 2 eggs she eating daily. Because of vomiting sensation. Doctor also given Vomikind 3 tablets aday and dompiradone too. What is your suggestion?
