Sir, Since Last One Month Me & My Spouse Are

Sir, since last one month me & my spouse are having red bumps which are itchy specially at groin area, underarms lower abdomen Area, which dissappear in two or three days and erupts in new area. Last year we took zimig 250 twice daily for 7 days for treatment of tinea corporis. Please advice would we go for same dose.
