Sir this is danish I am suffering from fever since two days before . The pain is in joints knees and in palm I cannot walk easily because of pain in my body. I have taken 4 dolo 650mg between 8 hours medicine and oral electrol power today is the third day relief in body but pain is still inside in my body so please suggest me
