Sir Tis Is Shilpa, From One Month Am Hvng Some

Sir tis is shilpa, from one month am hvng some big pimples lyk reddish huge tumers highly paining and then forms puss.. sssoo paining.. after removing puss the pain will reduces and 15 to 30 pimples are alrdy gone away making black dark marks on my legs.. it eill appear one by one reddish small irritating pimple then become too big.. what shall I do fo tis?? Can u please suggest me a exact medicine to this.. some body say it is obsess.. taken almost all the antibiotics..
