Sir,I Am 38 Years Old Lady With 10 Years Old

Sir,I am 38 years old lady with 10 years old boy. I had normal periods of 30 day cycle.my last usg shows on 10 th day ,follicle size of left overy was 18×14 mm& on 12 th day it was already ruptured & endometrial thickness was 10.4 mm with free fluid seen.last 2 months was also the same results got. Whether it is premature rupture of follicle & due to which I am not consieving.
