Sir,am On My Menstral But It Not Coming Out Am

Sir,am on my menstral but it not coming out am only seeing it like a discharge though had sex two weeks ago n used aplicox at first and later used postinor cos am aplicox don't really work for me had to use postinor1 again and hv used a pt strip to check if m not pregnant, it negative.What do I do sir?am rlly worried.
