Sir,i Had Got Infection On My Inner Thighs A Year

Sir,i had got infection on my inner thighs a year ago.since,then i am not getting any kind of relief. There is semi circular layer around my penis and testies on both side and also red ness on which irritation occurs.i have taken keto-B and Terbinaforce for months.but didn't get any relief. Please tell me something to get rid of this?
