Sir...i M Disturbed From 3 To 4 Days...and The Reason

Sir...i m disturbed from 3 to 4 days...and the reason is i can't able to talk to my mother freely from 3 to 4 days..i feel uncomfortable when my mother touches me...what is the reason sir...please help...it all began only 3,4 days before when heard about Oedipus complex...i m 21 yrs old...please help me sir
