Sir,my father had bypass surgery in July 2015.On Dec 15,he was admitted due to decrease in haemoglobin (3.6).He was given 3 bags of blood but no investigation was conducted to find out the cause of decrease.Hence,he was being given ayurvedik treatment (panchkarma).He was being given some therepies but no result.
Now again he has been admitted in shatabdi hospital for the same reason (haemoglobin 5.3).He has been given vitcofol injection.One test conducted in Jan 16 revealed Grade II prostate enlargement with median lobe hypertrophy.By which test ,the exact cause of decrease in haemoglobin can be ascertained and what should be the right treatment
