Sir,my Name Is Geo.30y/M.having Kidney Stone Disease Since Many Years.for

Sir,my name is geo.30y/M.having kidney stone disease since many years.for the diagnosing purpose of kidney stone i have done a USG scan last 3 months back.Dr told a calcification in the liver,a very small one.I am using more non vegetarian foods and also using liquor and bear since 8 years.4 years smoking history I have and still continuing 3-4 cigarettes per day. Now I am undergoing for Ayurveda treatment since 2 months.what advice can u give for my health.
