Six Days Ago I Hit The Side Of My Head

Six days ago I hit the side of my head on a brick wall. Went to hospital and had a CT scan. Left the hospital with a slight concussion and a large bump on my head. Now I have a tightening on the top and back of my scalp, plus a headache which has not gone away since the accident. I take Tylenol but it doesn't work very well. Should I be concerned about the tightening? Thank you for your help.
