Six Months Ago I Had A Robotic Pyeloplasty Done To

Six months ago I had a robotic pyeloplasty done to correct a upj obstruction caused by a lower pole crossing vessel. I was doing great until July when I was sent to the er with the recognizable pain of a kidney stone. After a ct scan was done it showed a small stone in the right kidney. The pain subsided but then 3 weeks ago I began to have frequent back pain and a couple of episodes of visible blood in my urine. The back pain felt like the pain I experienced with the upj obstruction. I was scared and I made an appointment with my urologist. He did a urinalysis which showed a uti and also ordered a renal ultrasound. I got the results last week and it showed mild hydronephrosis of the right kidney (which is the kidney that I have been having all the issues with) and a small stone still in the right kidney. He is telling me that everything is okay but I'm still with the pain, blood in my urine, and constant urge to urinate. I don't feel this is normal! I am a healthy 33 year old female who is having to take 8+ aleve on a daily basis. I just don't think I should take his wait and see approach. I thought with having the upj corrected I wouldn't have any of these issues, and I don't feel it's normal to have hydronephrosis of the kidney six months after the surgery to correct that same issue I had prior to the surgery! Im not sure if i should push for another ct scan to be done if that may be would show something the ultrasound didnt. Just frustrated and any advice is welcome!
