Six Years Ago I Was Shoveling Very Heavy, Wet Snow,

Six years ago I was shoveling very heavy, wet snow, very quickly. I wound up having two discs that bulged and herniated. I had back injections at the pain clinic and several weeks of Physical Therapy. Now six years later I have had another MRI showing Degenerative Disk disease, Spinal Stenosis, Bone Spurs and Arthritis. I once again had injections and also another several weeks of Physical Therapy. Currently I'm on a cocktail of different meds just to get through my day. I do not like my quality of life.
