Slipped and fell while out ice fishing. Hit the back of my head. I don't remember falling or hitting my head. Woke up with my entire body numb. It has been 6 weeks ago and my head, neck still hurts with a mild headache and stiffness As well as its hard to turn my head. Wondering if there is anything that I can do to alleviate the pain Ibuprofen and Aleve don't help
