Slipped On Ice 3 Weeks Ago. Didn't Fall But Caught

Slipped on ice 3 weeks ago. Didn't fall but caught myself by locking my left knee. Have had some swelling but that is gone now. Still have pain on the inside of my left knee. Still have some pain when walking and it feels like it wants to lock when walking.
