Slipped On Ice And Fell Very Hard Two Weeks Ago

Slipped on ice and fell very hard two weeks ago on a concrete landing - hit Left buttock. HUGE hematoma in left buttock, very bad bruising and blisters. Bruising spread to about 14" and is now clearing up, the blisters have dried up. The hematoma is still hard, how long will it take to go away? What can be done to help the healing? Any long term negative affects? Can the shock of the hard fall cause injury to internal organs? Thanks.
