Small Lump Above Privates, Originally Found It A Day After

Small lump above privates, originally found it a day after shaving the same location with a small white head which I was able pop like a pimple fairly easily which let out small amounts of the white puss and blood. A fee days later the bump is still there and somewhat harder though it may be because of poking it so much. What could it be?
