So 2 Days Ago A Red Ant Went In My

So 2 days ago a red ant went in my ear as I slept and this has actually happened before (sadly and hopefully not another one) but as I was tryin to get the olive oil to put into my ears to kill it felt like it bit my eardrum! But its feeling kinda hot in that ear and I'm hearing cracking noise, so will it go away or should I go to the ER and get it checked out? Thank you .
