So... A Couple Weeks Ago... I Got What Looked To

So... A couple weeks ago... I got what looked to be some kind of bug bite. There was a small hole at first and then it became larger and deeper everyday. I showed my parents and we both noticed there was this very weird looking white tissue stuff inside it... We managed to pull it out and it was tough, moist and like a piece of tissue stuff... It was white... With a few green spots barely noticeable... Do you have any idea what this white stuff is... And what caused it??
