So I Am Just About To Turn 21. I Have

So I am just about to turn 21. I have been on the depo provera shot for about a year. I still spot with it occasionally which I've been told is normal. My concern is that I'm pretty sure I have hpv. And my family has a increased risk for cancer (especially on my moms side who has had cervical cancer.) lately I've been experiencing pain in my lower back and lower abdomen which I thought was no biggie. I work a lot so that's normal right? Now I'm not so sure. Combine the above fact with the fact that my immune system seems non existent lately as well. Constantly tired, and strange brownish to white discharge (it varies by the day literally) is this a cause for concern? I never really had an obgyn assessment until I started the depo and it was very basic. I just recently got health care skin plan in going to see a dr but I just kinda wanna put my mind at ease;( last time I saw a dr was 1Cool should I be overly concerned or am I probably just over analyzing and googling myself insane?
