So I Am Not Sure If I Am Just Imagining

So I am not sure if I am just imagining things or not and I don't usually run to the doctor for anything unless it is a huge issue. I have been having like a warming sensation in my left leg, not on the shin bone itself but kind of to the right of the shin. It doesn't happen all the time just once in a while. My leg doesn't feel warm to the touch.
