So I Ate At A Scrappy Family Owned Restaurant About

So I ate at a scrappy family owned restaurant about 3 days ago and later that day I felt nauseated but was unable to puke. After that I've had explosive diarrhea every 10-30 minutes and there's no solid waste at all. Really it looks like just yellow fluids when I check. The only sign of improvement (or at least I hope it's improvement) is the first day the liquid was dark brown and now the water doesn't turn murky. Any idea What this could be or what's going on? I'm afraid something may be blocking my intestines.
