So I Experienced A Mc Back N April And Didn't

So I experienced a mc back n April and didn't get my regular cycle again until June...on June 1st and it was regular, lasted 5 days and two weeks later during my ovulating days my bf and I had sex 3/4 days out of the 6 days. After my ovulating period I had another regular period I n June 27 and ended on July 1st....so again during my ovulation period, which was July 11-17th we had unprotected sex again trying to conceive again but now on July 22nd I woke up to light bleeding/spotting. Trying to figure out what may be going on with my body and is it possible that I could have gotten pregnant unkwoingly and am now experiencing a mc again because its the same type of bleeding now that I had when I had my mc...could somebody please help me get some type of understanding please
