So I Feel Drunk Like I Am Starting To Go

So I feel drunk like I am starting to go off ballance a little bit and it's like I'm going in and out (but haven't had alcohol) I'm nauseous and earlier I had a temp of 99.8 so I took 800mg of ibuprofen it brought the fever down but didn't help with my pain I had a C-section 11 days ago and the incision opened up so I'm now on medication for it and I just started and it was causing me alot of pain this morning through the afternoon ibuprofen didn't even touch on the pain. I'm just wondering what could be the cause of me feeling drunk and nauseous?
