So I Fell Backwards More So Onto My Left Buttock

So I fell backwards more so onto my left buttock one winter like 06-07 (heard a loud pop or snap) I couldn't walk for a few days, EXTREME PAIN and had bruising (black and blue), swelling and also got sick within a week or soon the fall (like a fever) and was so sick that when they went to ask at the drs when they saw the injury if I had been injured, I said no (don't know why, just was soo sick I coundnt think straight, had throat pain) I never got treatment I just kind of dealt within once I could walk again. I have pain up through my buttock (deep), pain in my thighs all the way down to my legs to my knees and it seems like my left foot (side of injury) is flat whenever I have a high arch. I have knee pain and clicking in my hips (ankle sometimes and knee) when walking and some other activities. I have randomly fallen while walking a few times since and at first I felt really uncomfortable and unstable walking. After a car accident a few yrs later I got to see one X-ray and it really appeared like the hip was slightly out of socket in the joint. It hurts to turn my toes out and to point or flex my foot (in both the knee and middle upper buttocks and the hip) on the side where the injury to the place. I'm foot points more inward and it's difficult to open me legs lying down feet touching. Sometimes I really can't tell but where my inner thigh my pelvis meet (along side the vagina (seems like its on the inner wall) I have really annoying pain and it seems like it needs to be stretched out. Never really feels like I'm sitting on y left sit bone or planting my left foot. Sometimes I have accidents like incontinence. Sometimes bowel movements cause pain. I have trouble sitting for long periods of time, sometimes I have numbness and tingling all the way down my left leg from the hip seemingly I also have a slump in my left shoulder. I'm wondering if someone can tell me what this could possibly be if this is something that can be corrected without surgery, maybe MUA? I've been told I have hip bursitis but I don't think that is the cause of my pain.
