So I had a laparoscopy down to drain a cyst on my right already I also have PCOS but I’ve never had a irregular cycles. My last cycle was on 4/9/2018 my lap& dye was done in4/26/ 2018 I was due to get my period on May 8 but I havent got it and I am now 22 days late on my period cycle is this common that. They’re delayed after laparoscopy or do you is it possible that I concieved somewhere between before the procedure and now.
