So I Had A Regular Stress Test Done And A

So I had a regular stress test done and a chest x-ray, both came back normal. When I have the pain under the top portion of my rib cage, I also have pain on the top portion of my back between my shoulder blades. I have a lot of heart issues in my family. I don't want to run to the ER when I experience it. Is there amy more tests to take to see if I have suffered any minor heart attacks?
