So I Had A Sore Place From Chewing On The

So I had a sore place from chewing on the inside left side of my bottom lip. My boyfriend and I were kissing and within 10-15 mins, the whole left side of my bottom lip has swollen. What do I do to get rid of this quickly? Haven't eaten anything for it to be allergy related.
