So I Had My Ears Syringed Today As One Was

So I had my ears syringed today as one was compacted with wax, after i had it done they said it was fine and clear, but I couldn't hear from it still, I placed my finger in my ear as it keeps leaking water and the a white stringy substance cane out after I pulled it and my ear hurts really bad
